The Palace of the Winds ‘ intricate and fascinating façade is something that makes it one of the most liked Jaipur Local Sightseeing Places. Built-in 1799, it has five decks with lines of tiny doors and displays. Wind used to flow through the openings and gave its name to the Palace. Legend has it that the Palace, which overlooks Jaipur’s lively Old City’s main street, was built so that the royal household’s women could watch down the streets without being watched. It is possible to have a panoramic view from the top of the building during Jaipur local sightseeing.

4. Jantar Mantar Observatory

Jantar Mantar is yet another place worth visiting amongst the numerous Jaipur Local Sightseeing Places. King Jai Singh II built it, and it literally means “tool for calculation.” More than just a strange set of carvings, each building has a unique astronomical role at the fascinating Jantar Mantar Observatory. There are a total of 14 structures measuring time, predicting eclipses, and tracking stars. The giant Samrat Yantra sundial is the most impressive one. It has a cloud at the height of 90 meters (27 meters) that travels about every minute the length of a person’s side. It is an in-depth illustration of how fast the moment goes.

5. Nahargarh Fort

This one amongst the Jaipur Local Sightseeing Places known as Nahargarh Fort is located low on the rough Aravali Hills facing Jaipur City, also recognized as the Tiger Fort. It found fame in 2006 following the filming of many scenes from the film Rang De Basanti. At sunset, Nahargarh Fort offers spectacular views. Several new attractions including a wax museum, a sculpture park, and a restaurant with fine dining have earned this fort a spot in one of the most preferred Jaipur Local Sightseeing Places.
